By achieving ISO-9001 certification, CSI demonstrates its commitment to quality for the design, development and distribution of CSI software products in its Berkeley, California, USA-based operations. Implementation of the ISO-9001 quality management system will enhance customer satisfaction, ensure consistency and improve internal processes.
