In order for users of SAP2000® to be able to use third-party products that are integrated with SAP2000 via CSI’s Open Application Programming Interface (OAPI), the SAP2000 OAPI technology is being made available with every licensed copy of SAP2000 at no extra cost. However, this will not include any technical support associated with the use of SAP2000 OAPI technology. Also, support for third-party products that are integrated with SAP2000 will not be provided by CSI. Questions associated with the use of such products, including interfacing issues, need to be directed to the third-party developers.

For qualified users and third-party developers who would like technical support to help them build solutions and integrations with SAP2000 using the SAP2000 OAPI, CSI has created a subscription-based service, CSI Developer Network (CSIDN). Qualified developers may also be entitled to free licenses of SAP2000 for integration development purposes. CSI reserves the right to qualify potential subscribers to CSIDN on a case by case basis.
