SUM Subscribers
Computers and Structures, Inc. offers a yearly Support, Upgrade and Maintenance plan (SUM). A current SUM subscription provides your firm with unlimited priority technical support and software update/upgrades.

Ninety (90) days of SUM is included with the purchase of a new license.

Priority technical support is available to current SUM subscribers via the following channels:

  • Priority support via customer support portal. Log in to the customer support portal to submit your priority support request.
  • Phone support. To contact CSI by phone, call 1-510-649-2200 and press 2 between 6 am and 5 pm Pacific Time zone. Please be aware that our support engineers can get busy and you may get rolled over to voice mail during working hours. Support personnel are often working after 5 pm so you can try to contact us via the customer support portal after hours.

Non-SUM Subscribers

To Find Your Local Dealer

If you purchased your software through one of our international dealers, please contact them with your technical questions. You may also purchase CSI’s yearly SUM subscription through your dealer. With current SUM, your dealer will provide your company with technical support, and free software update/upgrades.

Students should request technical support from their professors, who can contact CSI if necessary.
