CSI Unveils All-New Website

Subject:  CSI Releases All-New Website

CSI is proud to unveil its all-new website, featuring fully enhanced product pages, a searchable knowledge base of technical software information, updated graphics and an updated portfolio of CSI projects. The new website was released last week and resides at the same url as the previous website, www.csiberkeley.com.

The searchable knowledge base is perhaps the most valuable resource offered within the new website, offering CSI software users the ability to access technical information about CSI software that is not available in the standard product documentation. Much of the content in the knowledge base is written by CSI Technical Support staff and addresses many of the questions commonly asked by CSI software users.

CSI’s tutorial Watch & Learn videos are now all YouTube-based for convenience and ease of viewing. The Watch & Learn library contains dozens of free videos on how to use CSI software, including SAP2000, CSiBridge, SAFE, and PERFORM 3-D. Users will find additional product information on the product pages, including overviews of each product’s user interface, modeling, loading, analysis, design, output & display, importing and exporting, and API capabilities (where applicable.)

The updated project portfolio features a wide range of design and analysis projects—from bridges and dams to stadiums and high rise buildings—that have been completed by major engineering firms using CSI software. The portfolio demonstrates the breadth and scope of CSI software capabilities.

In conjunction with the release of the new website, CSI has launched a Facebook page where product updates and announcements will be streamed via RSS. Users who “like” the page by June 1 will be entered into a drawing to win a free signed copy of the book, "Static and Dynamic Analysis of Structures," by Edward Wilson, professor emeritus at UC Berkeley.

Firms interested in being featured in CSI’s project portfolio are invited to submit their information to website@csiberkeley.com. Comments and feedback regarding the new website may be submitted to the same address.
