Ashraf Habibullah, CSI President & CEO, receives The H. J. Brunnier Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Structural Engineering

Dear Colleagues,

It is with great humility that I accept this prestigious award from the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California. It takes a certain level of naiveté to start a company, and that is precisely how I started CSI 35 years ago. But to sustain it for more than three decades demands genius, and that genius is not embodied in me personally. It lies within those who have helped advance CSI products to the forefront of the industry through invaluable feedback and collaboration. From that perspective, this award belongs to the entire structural engineering community. It belongs to all of you.

On behalf of everyone at CSI, I accept this honor with the utmost appreciation for each and every engineer in the field who has helped us become what we are today.
